You can’t buy the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo, drive it on a real road, or charge it anywhere, because it doesn’t exist outside a video game. Xiaomi built it for the Gran Turismo franchise and showed it off at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, then again at the Beijing Auto Show. Two doors, electric, probably all-wheel drive — though Xiaomi hasn’t actually confirmed the drivetrain, so take that “probably” seriously. The interesting part isn’t the car. It’s that Xiaomi got asked at all: Kazunori Yamauchi, who runs the Vision GT program, had never invited a tech company before Xiaomi, and only did after test-driving the SU7 Ultra himself. That makes Xiaomi the 36th brand in the program and the 51st concept overall.
Don’t go looking for a battery number or a charging spec, because none exists. Some early write-ups guessed it might borrow the SU7 Ultra‘s 1,525 hp drivetrain, but Xiaomi’s own team pushed back on that assumption during the reveal, saying they were aiming to do more with less power, not more of it. The numbers Xiaomi will actually confirm are aerodynamic: a 0.29 drag coefficient and an efficiency rating of 4.1, both achieved through something called Active Wake Control — micro-perforated panels managing airflow instead of a spoiler doing it the old way.
Forget price and buyer profile too. Nobody’s financing this thing. The only way to “own” it is to unlock it in Gran Turismo 7 once Xiaomi ships the in-game version, no release date yet. It doesn’t slot between other Xiaomi road cars because it was never meant to be one — its real company is other brands’ Vision GT builds, the Mercedes AMG and Porsche concepts made for the exact same reason: a design team let loose with no engineering budget to answer to.
