POCO F9 Ultra specs
The POCO F9 Ultra has a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 185 Hz refresh rate (1200×2608, Gorilla Glass 7i). It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, with 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. The rear camera system is a 200 MP main, a 50 MP 5x periscope telephoto and a 50 MP ultra-wide, with a 32 MP selfie camera. The 8,050 mAh battery supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The phone also has IP68 water resistance, Wi-Fi 7, stereo speakers tuned by BOSE, and Android 16 with HyperOS 3. It weighs about 235 g. In the Philippines it starts at ₱55,990 for the 12 GB/256 GB model, and I couldn’t find an India launch date yet.
Which ROM do you need?
Match the ROM to your phone’s region. German phones use EEA, Colombian phones use Global. This page only has Global and Taiwan, so if you need another region, look for its own package.

Installing the POCO F9 Ultra HyperOS 3 Stable ROM
You have two options. Local Update is done on the phone and is the easy one. Fastboot Update needs a PC, so use it only if you’re comfortable flashing.
Back up your data before you start, and keep the battery above 50%. Flashing another region’s ROM is the classic way to end up with a phone that won’t boot properly, so double-check the region first.
