The Xiaomi YU7 Pro is the middle child of Xiaomi’s YU7 lineup — the brand’s second car ever, and first SUV. Five seats, dual motors front and rear for AWD, built on the “Modena” platform. It sits between the cheaper single-motor Standard and the pricier Max. The whole point of this car is obvious the second you see the price: Xiaomi built it to go after the Tesla Model Y, and priced it below.
Numbers-wise: 96.3 kWh LFP pack, 800V architecture, 365 kW combined output, 0–100 in 4.27 seconds. Xiaomi quotes 770 km range, but that’s CLTC — China’s test cycle, which runs generous next to WLTP or EPA. Don’t take that number at face value if you’re used to Western range ratings.
