A Xiaomi tablet with model number M887FA has cleared China’s 3C certification. The leaker @体验more says it’s the Redmi Pad 3, and IT Home picked up the tip. Xiaomi hasn’t said anything officially.
Charger and manufacturer
The 3C listing shows a 15W MDY-18-EF adapter in the box, made by Nanchang Qinsheng Electronics Technology. Earlier leaks said 18W charging, so 15W is lower than expected.

That doesn’t settle how fast the tablet can charge. Listings for the Redmi Pad 3 4G (model 26104RPF2G) also show a 15W adapter in the box, but mention support for up to 33W with a compatible one. That may be a different variant from M887FA, so don’t assume 33W applies here.
What else has leaked
Certification records list a 10,000mAh battery, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi and Android 15. Some reports add an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option. All of it comes from certification databases and leakers, not from Xiaomi.

Redmi Pad 3 Against the Redmi Pad 2
The Redmi Pad 2 has an 11-inch 2.5K display, a MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra chip and a 9,000mAh battery with 18W charging. It weighs 510 grams and is 7.36 mm thick. The 4G model launched in June 2025. If the 10,000mAh leak is right, the Pad 3 gets a bigger battery but a weaker box charger.
Xiaomi hasn’t given a launch date, price, display size, chipset or camera details.
