The Redmi Buds 6 Lite is an entry-level true wireless earbud from Xiaomi’s Redmi sub-brand. It is an in-ear design with a 12.4 mm titanium dynamic driver, Bluetooth 5.3 with AAC, dual microphones for calls, and hybrid ANC rated up to 40 dB. It supports Google Fast Pair and comes in blue, white and black. Xiaomi launched it at about €15, a price where ANC is not a given.
Each earbud has a 45 mAh battery and the charging case has 480 mAh. Xiaomi rates it at 7 hours per charge and 38 hours with the case. That was measured on AAC at 50% volume, so turning ANC on will cut it. The case charges over USB-C at up to 5V/500mA, and the whole set weighs about 47 g.
At launch it cost €14.99 in select European markets, roughly $15 to $20 in the US. In Nepal it is Rs 3,499, and one Nigerian retailer lists it at ₦41,200. It suits first-time TWS buyers and commuters who want basic ANC and long battery life without paying mid-range prices. Within Redmi’s range, the Redmi Buds 6 Active is cheaper and simpler, while the Redmi Buds 6 costs more and adds a 5.5 mm piezoelectric unit next to the main driver. Outside the brand, the Soundcore P20i and QCY T13 sell at similar prices. The realme Buds T110, another budget ANC earbud, is the closest direct comparison.
