The Redmi Buds 6 Pro (model M2430E1) is the highest-tier model in Xiaomi’s Redmi Buds 6 line, priced between budget and midrange. These are stem-style in-ear TWS earbuds with Bluetooth 5.3, touch controls and coaxial triple drivers. LDAC is supported, as are spatial audio and dual-device pairing. Xiaomi rates the ANC at up to 55 dB. China got them in November 2024. The global launch followed on January 10, 2025, together with the Redmi Note 14 series.
The earbuds hold 54 mAh each, the case 480 mAh, and charging is over USB-C. Xiaomi’s figures are 9.5 hours per earbud with ANC off and 36 hours including the case. Those numbers also assume LDAC is switched off, so turning on either feature cuts runtime. A 5-minute charge gives roughly 2 hours of playback. There is no wireless charging. Weights are about 5.2 g per earbud and 36.1 g for the case.
The China launch price was CNY 399 (about €52), with a CNY 499 gaming edition that adds a USB-C dongle. One review puts the European price at €70, US listings show $99.99, and an Egyptian retailer asks 5,099 EGP. Local prices vary by seller. These make sense for Android or Xiaomi phone owners who want ANC, LDAC and head tracking without paying flagship prices. Within Xiaomi, the Redmi Buds 6 is the cheaper step down and the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro the more expensive step up. Rivals from other brands include the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC and the Nothing Ear (a). For a direct comparison, use the Realme Buds Air 6 Pro, which has ANC, dual drivers and a similar price.
