Xiaomi XRING Beats Samsung Exynos in AnTuTu Q3 2026

AnTuTu’s Q3 2026 report on Android processors in mainland China has a small surprise: Xiaomi XRING chip (Xuanjie in China) came in third, ahead of Samsung’s Exynos. Qualcomm still leads comfortably, and MediaTek is a solid second.

These add up to 99.9% because AnTuTu rounds each figure.

Qualcomm and MediaTek still own the market

Together they hold 97.8%, so everyone else is fighting over 2.2%. Qualcomm does best in flagship and upper-mid-range phones. MediaTek covers more ground, from budget handsets up to the mid-range.

Xiaomi XRING Beats Samsung Exynos in AnTuTu Q3 2026

How Xiaomi XRING got ahead of Samsung

1.2% sounds tiny, and it is. But XRING only ships in Xiaomi’s own phones, while Qualcomm and MediaTek chips sit in devices from dozens of brands. Beating Samsung from that starting point says XRING is finding users. It doesn’t say much more than that yet.

The Xiaomi 18 Fold

The 18 Fold launched in September 2026 as the first phone with the XRING O3. Reports say it topped AnTuTu’s September performance ranking, beating phones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 and Dimensity 9600 Pro. I’d check AnTuTu’s ranking page yourself before repeating that, since I only found it in one source. Xiaomi hasn’t announced a global release, so outside China you can’t buy it.

A caveat about the data

AnTuTu counts people who run its benchmark app, not every Android phone in China. That crowd leans toward enthusiasts, which could boost performance-focused phones in the totals. Read the shares as a rough guide, and watch Q4 to see whether XRING holds third place once the 18 Fold has been on sale for a full quarter.
