Xiaomi Mijia Robot Vacuum and Mop 6 Max
Xiaomi launched the Mijia Robot Vacuum and Mop 6 Max in China in March 2026, and it went on sale on March 19. It has 35,000Pa suction, three robotic arms, two bionic legs and AI obstacle avoidance. It is the top model in the Mijia robot vacuum range.
Price and versions
The water tank version lists at 6,599 yuan and costs 4,899 yuan after the national subsidy. The water supply and drainage version lists at 6,999 yuan and costs 5,399 yuan after the subsidy.
Which one to buy mostly comes down to plumbing. If you can’t run water lines to the base station, get the tank version. If you can, the drainage version saves you from refilling and emptying tanks.

How to get it cheaper on JD.com
The list prices are steep, but JD’s stacked discounts change the picture. With the PLUS discount and the 15% national subsidy, the tank version can drop to about 2,800.46 yuan and the drainage version to about 2,981.26 yuan. Here is how to get there:

Cleaning
Suction is rated at 35,000Pa. The robot mops, scrapes and washes in one pass. A roller mop with 16 water outlets rinses itself as it works, and the base station washes the mop with 85°C water and collects dust automatically. Hair is handled twice: the main brush cuts it and the side brushes resist tangling.
Robotic arms and legs
Three robotic arms push the robot into places most vacuums skip: corners, wall edges and chair legs. Two bionic legs (StepMaster 2.0) let it climb a single step up to 6 cm, and it can enter low spaces down to 9.3 cm. Xiaomi says this is the best obstacle-crossing in the Mijia range.
AI camera
Three cameras handle panoramic obstacle avoidance. The AI recognizes 280 kinds of items and 47 kinds of dirt, and Xiaomi says it can spot a 3 mm earphone wire. The camera can also stream your pets while you’re out, let you drive the robot remotely, and take video calls through Xiao Ai. That last feature is a bit of a stretch for a vacuum, but it’s there.
Smart home
It works with Xiaomi Surge Smart Connect, has Xiao Ai built in and is controlled through the Mi Home app.
Outside China
Germany sells it as the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Max for €999.99. In Malaysia the RRP is RM5,099, with a launch price of RM4,499.
Xiaomi has already released a successor in China, the Mijia Robot Vacuum and Mop 7 Max. It has 45,000Pa suction and launched at 4,999 yuan (tank) and 5,299 yuan (slim drainage version), well below the 6 Max’s list prices. If you’re shopping now, compare the two.
